1. Acceptance

By using ethnoarts.journal you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Editorial content

All written, photographic and video material is © EthnoArts Journal or its contributors, except where licensed from third parties. You may quote up to 200 words with attribution and a link. For longer reuse, please write to permissions@ethnoarts.journal.

3. Reader contributions

If you submit a pitch, comment or letter, you grant us a non-exclusive license to publish it in the journal and to edit for length and clarity. You retain ownership of your work and can withdraw consent at any time prior to publication.

4. Membership

Memberships are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account page; no further charges will be made and access continues to the end of the billing period.

5. Conduct

You agree not to use the site to harass, impersonate, scrape at scale, attempt to bypass paywalls, or submit any unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that breach this section.

6. Disclaimer

Event dates, locations and pricing are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication but may change. Always verify directly with organizers before traveling.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EthnoArts Journal is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be heard in the courts of Lisbon.
